How do I place an order?Step 1 – Enter the SHOP section on the Perfect Pint website and select the product you wish to purchase. Step 2 – Choose the quantity you wish to purchase and select the ‘Add to Cart’ option. Step 3 – View your cart to make sure you are purchasing the correct items and quantity, then select the ‘Checkout’ option. Step 4 – Finally, fill in your shipping, delivery method and payment details and place your order.

I have gas bubbles clinging to the inside of my glass, what is this and how do I fix it?Glass bubbles will cling to the glass if there is film on the inside of the glass/ the glass is not Beerclean. To achieve a Beerclean glass, we recommend Renovating your glasses with Renovate powder. Alternatively, use the Perfect Detergent which eliminates the need to Renovate, whilst ensuing Beer clean glasses.

The head on the lagers and stouts I pour is not staying, what can I do?Poor head retention is typically caused by improper cleaning processes. Film in the glass will prevent proper gas breakout, resulting in flat beer. We recommend customers to follow the Perfect Pint Process to ensure they serve in Beer clean glasses.
